We know Popcorn Cakes aren’t the most common delicious treat yet, so you might have a few questions.  Here are the answers to some of the most POPular questions:

ORDERS

Can I include a gift note?

Of course! Once you click on the item you would like to add to your cart, there is a box where you can enter your gift message. This gift message will be handwritten on one of our Popilicious Popcorn cards and included in the box for your recipient to read when they open their box. And don't worry, your recipient won't see the receipt. Our invoices only detail order contents and recipient info.

How can I track my order? 

We partner with UPS and USPS to ship our products. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order leaves our kitchen. This confirmation email will include a tracking number so that you can track your order and know exactly when it will arrive. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within a week before you scheduled your delivery, please email info@popiliciouspopcorn.com.

Can I schedule my delivery date?

You can select the delivery date for your order up to three (3) months in advance. If you are ordering treats for a time-sensitive event, we recommend scheduling delivery for 2 days in advance of your event just to account for any potential carrier delays. While we can't 100% guarantee delivery on your requested delivery date, we do our absolute best to get your order to you on time and most times we are successful!

Can I schedule my order for local pickup?

Unfortunately, we are not offering local pick up at this time. We do however offer $5 local delivery for Broward County. 

What do I do if my order is delayed?

We do everything we possibly can to ensure your order arrives on your scheduled delivery date. However, once a package ships, there can be factors outside of our control that may come up. 

As a policy, we do not offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partner's employees or similar reasons outside of our control. That said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we may be able to offer accomodations in exceptional circumstances. You can look at our Refund Policy HERE.

Can we add cake writing?

We do not offer cake writing for shipped products as letters tend to shift in transit and become difficult to read.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please email info@popiliciouspopcorn.com within 24 hours of order receipt with a photo of the damaged product and we will quickly find you a resolution.

Storage

How do I store my popcorn treats once I receive them?

Like any perishable food, your popcorn cakes should be stored in a cool, dry area of your home, dorm or display area.  Many of our customers use Popilicious Popcorn Cakes as centerpieces until it is time to eat them. If you don't plan on enjoying your popcorn treat within 7 days of receiving them, store in the freezer until you are ready to serve. Once you open the popcorn cake, if any of the delicious treat remains, you should store it in an air-tight sealable bag for up to 3 days.

How long will my popcorn treats stay fresh?

Your popcorn cake will arrive in clear, shrink wrapped plastic. It’s air-tight which keeps it fresh for up to 7 days. You can freeze your popcorn for up to 3 months if you do not intend to eat it within 7 days of arrival.

My popcorn pops and cakes aren't crunchy like traditional popcorn. Is it stale?

Your popcorn treat was made to order and was sent to you within 24 hours of production. Popilicious gourmet popcorn cakes are not meant to be crunchy like movie popcorn. The delicious marshmallow filling that is tossed with fresh popcorn creates the yummy sensation of a marshmallow treat.

Products

Can I customize the candies, dried fruit or nuts that go into my popcorn cake?

That’s the inspiration behind Popilicious Popcorn Cakes.  We want to give popcorn lovers the ability to customize popcorn anyway they like it.  Choose from any of the candies, dried fruit or nut options you find on our website.

What if I don’t find my favorite candies, dried fruit or nuts on the website, can I get it mixed into a popcorn cake?

We will do our best to meet your request. As long as it is a commonly found candy, we are happy to toss it into your cake.  For instance, if you prefer white chocolate Reese’s cups or white chocolate Kit Kats, let us know.  We probably have it in our stock of candies.  Use the note area on the order form for special requests. If we can’t find your favorite candy, we will email you and let you know before we process your order.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Yes! Our base cake of popcorn and marshmallow is gluten-free. As long as the candies going into the cake are gluten-free, then the cake will be gluten-free. We have a gluten-free tab under the shop menu as well.

Do you offer fundraising programs?

Yes, we offer fundraising programs to groups and organizations. To inquire, please email Info@popiliciouspopcorn.com

Does Popilicious offer corporate discounts for bulk orders or corporate gifts?

Corporate gifts is one of the best uses of Popilicious Popcorn Cakes.  Our corporate clients tell us that our popcorn cakes get the best reactions they have ever received from recipients.  We do offer a discount based on quantity and we can customize cakes in corporate colors or logo'd stickers.
